To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Package the item securely, including the RMA number on the outside of the package, and send it to the address provided.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping Costs
